Push working capital down by cutting MRO inventory and you risk stockouts that drive downtime up. Push downtime down by over-stocking critical spares and you tie up cash the CFO needs elsewhere. Every lever pulls on the others.<\/p>\n<p>This article unpacks the strategies that genuinely move the needle. It is not a primer on &quot;do more predictive maintenance&quot; &mdash; that advice has been around for two decades.
